Carl Foster (OB Wolves) had the first of two frame places for the week when he won on Wednesday. Shallow pellet did the trick at peg 3 on the Hawthorn Pool, with carp in the 1lb to 4lb range adding up to 70-15-0.

Mick Jameson (Mid Leisure) fished to the paddles at peg 1 on the Middle, with pellet accounting for 62-1-0, which included carp to 6lbs.
