Josh Humphreys [ABC Baits] had the first of two wins at Boldings Pools when he claimed top prize at the Monday open. Operating from peg 16 on the Oak, Josh offered maggot and corn down the side to attract carp to 8lbs, which helped towards a 97-15-0 winner.

Over on peg 22 Dave Matson [Rod & Gun] went for a pellet and corn combination, which put 84-14-0 in his net. Eric Bancroft [Rod & Gun] was top of the Beech card with his third placed 81-3-0 and 4th also came from the Beech when Bob Tromans [Fiery Holes] weighed in 70-3-0.

Matt Stobbs [Oakengates Ang Cent] headed an all ton frame on Wednesday from peg 13 on the Sycamore. Pellet to each side of the point found carp to 9lbs, and barbel to 4lbs, which added up to 151-0-0.
